Got an idea for your business? A professional problem you want to work on? Stuck in a work rut?

Whatever is happening in your business, sometimes just being able to talk about it and brainstorm with other professional women is hugely helpful in turning that idea into a plan, that problem into an opportunity or simply to get you un-stuck.

WIN piloted small group members-only sessions this summer. Participants requested WIN to continue offering these professionally facilitated sessions (dubbed WINners Circles).

Each member who participates in this WINners Circle will receive:

  • Professionally facilitated time that ensures each attendee has an equal opportunity to introduce herself, her business/work to the group
  • Time to frame their business challenge/query to the rest of the group
  • Solutions/suggestions brainstormed by the other members

You may wish to use this time:

  • As a mini-focus group to gain feedback
  • To help you determine next steps
  • For finding potential solutions for a challenge
  • Here are examples of some specific ways you could use your time (choosing between new logos, input on pricing model, gaining insights before launching a new service or product, assistance in helping you to define your target market, ideas for new ways to reach your target market, feedback on how to amp your social networking profile, help in clarifying your big goals)

Participants will lift each other up with their ideas, support and encouragement. This will be a small group to ensure plenty of time for each member to share details of their business needs and gain valuable feedback from other professional women, so register now to reserve your spot.

Here is what recent participants shared:

"I found this session very helpful, not only with my own business issues but most importantly those of others. The solutions are things I haven't thought of before and could apply to my own work." - Kyritana Kieran, Owner, Light Vibration Inc. Cleaning Services

"The event was well worth the time and would be worth doing again, again and again. The advice received was realistic and actionable." - Sandra Brick, Textured Elements

"This provided a great opportunity to hear what other women business owners are struggling with, and to share our wisdom.  One can be creative and come up with a certain range of ideas, or hire a consultant and get some good advice, but I think this event was more potent than either of these because the process was so quick, true, diverse and in-the-moment.  My business would benefit tremendously if I had a group like this to work with on a regular basis." -Thea Lopatka, M.A.T., Principal Consultant/CEO, CrossingPaths Intercultural
